Derek Ng, M.S. Senior Statistical Programmer/Analyst |
Mr. Ng received his Master's of Science degree in Epidemiology from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Baltimore, MD in 2009. He joined the STATEPI team in June 2009. His prior professional experience includes work as a Research Associate at the Welch Center for Epidemiology and Clinical Research (July 2008- May 2009), and research positions with the Cochrane Eyes and Vision Group, the Connecticut Mental Health Center and Yale-New Haven Children’s Hospital. After graduating from Yale in 2005, he worked for two years in health consulting and behavioral medicine as a Research Analyst at Pinney Associates in Pittsburgh, PA. As part of the STATEPI team, Mr. Ng will be working closely with the principal investigator of the CKiD study.
